DESCRIPTION:Participants will hike starting at the Guard Archaeological Preserve & moving around Oxbow Nature Preserve to forage greens for pesto. Participants will learn how to identify edible invasive & naturalized plants for making pesto, namely garlic mustard, wild garlic, dock, and dandelion.
