ARI Adventure Trek: May 31st!

Plant.
Grow.
Launch!

A pumpkin-powered fling into fall.

Thanks for scanning your seed pouch! You’re now officially part of the Archaeological Research Institute’s most gourd-geous tradition.

Saturday, November 1.

This fall, grow your own pumpkin from a seed—and bring it back to LAUNCH IT from a real trebuchet at our family-friendly fall celebration.

🌱 Step 1: Plant

Planting tips:

  • Plant by early July for optimal pumpkin size
  • Soil: Loose, well-draining, and rich in compost
  • Sun: 6+ hours daily
  • Spacing: 3–5 feet apart
  • Water: Keep consistently moist, especially while flowering
  • Pro tip: Hand-pollinate for best results if bees are scarce

🌿 Step 2: Grow

Watch your pumpkin grow all summer long! Whether it’s squat and silly or huge and heroic, every pumpkin is welcome at the event.

We’ll be sharing tips and reminders all season long—follow us on Instagram

🎯 Step 3: Launch
