On Saturday, April 25, 2026, the Lawrenceburg Event Center was filled with energy, conversation, and a shared spirit of discovery. ARI’s 3rd Annual Fundraising Gala — ARI in Bloom — brought together archaeologists, historians, community members, and supporters for an unforgettable spring evening of celebration, connection, and curiosity.
With more than 100 guests in attendance and incredible support from sponsors, ARI in Bloom became our most community‑driven gala yet.
An Evening Full of Discovery
Hands-On Archaeology ExperiencesÂ
ARI staff and volunteers welcomed guests with hands-on activities inspired by the archaeology programs and research experiences ARI shares with the community throughout the year. Interactive stations included:
- Artifact Sifting Activity
- Ballista Demonstration
- ARI Before & After Table
- Augmented Reality
- Virtual Reality
- Archery Simulator
Each station encouraged guests to explore, ask questions, and experience the same sense of curiosity that drives ARI’s research every day.

The After‑Party
The celebration didn’t stop after dessert. Thanks to After‑Party Sponsor Constance Sedler, the ARI in Bloom After‑Party kept the energy going well into the night, with guests dancing, connecting, and keeping
the celebration going long after the formal program ended.
The Impact of Your Support
Proceeds from ARI in Bloom go directly to work that matters: archaeology programs at the Guard Archaeological Preserve, educational experiences for students and families across the region, land stewardship and site preservation, and the ongoing research that helps us better understand how people in the Ohio River Valley lived, adapted, and shaped the region’s history.Â
Every ticket purchased, every auction bid placed, and every sponsorship secured is an investment in the preservation of history and the education of future generations. Thank you for being part of it.
Thank You to Our Sponsors
ARI in Bloom would not be possible without the generous support of our sponsors. Their commitment to ARI’s mission made this evening — and the work it funds — a reality.

Until Next Year
ARI in Bloom 2026 was our third annual fundraising gala, and each year the event grows stronger through the people, stories, and shared support that fill the room. We are grateful to everyone who joined us, bid, danced, and celebrated alongside us.
If you weren’t able to attend this year, we hope to see you at ARI Gala 2027. In the meantime, there are many ways to stay connected to ARI’s work and support our mission year‑round.Â
