About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and organized Administrative Assistant with a focus on program management to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to work closely with and learn from an experienced business professional. Key Responsibilities:
- Work in tandem with a senior business professional, assisting in day-to-day operations and learning advanced business practices
- Assist in coordinating program activities, timelines, and resources across multiple projects
- Maintain and update program schedules, tracking milestones and deliverables
- Prepare and distribute program-related documents, reports, and presentations
- Organize and facilitate program meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Manage program-related communications, ensuring stakeholders are informed of updates and changes
- Support budget tracking and expense management for program activities
- Coordinate with various departments and external partners to ensure program alignment
- Assist in developing and maintaining program documentation and knowledge bases
- Support data collection, analysis, and reporting for program performance metrics
- Handle administrative tasks such as travel arrangements and calendar management for program team members
Qualifications: • High school diploma required; further education or relevant certifications are a plus • 1-3 years of work experience in an office environment, with exposure to administrative tasks and project coordination • Demonstrated ability to learn quickly and adapt to new responsibilities • Strong work ethic and eagerness to grow professionally • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail • Strong written and verbal communication abilities • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment • Positive attitude and willingness to take on new challenges • Excellent references from previous employers or educators that can speak to your work ethic, reliability, and ability to learn
Desired Qualities: • Previous experience or interest in program management or business operations • Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) • Experience in coordinating with multiple stakeholders or cross-functional teams • Basic understanding of budget tracking and financial reporting • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Compensation: $35,000 annually, with semi-monthly paychecks Â

Work Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday; flexible, with some evenings and weekends required.
