Briefly describe any previous education, camp, outdoor, archaeological fieldwork, laboratory work, museum, or teaching experience. Give beginning and ending dates and names of superiors. If no formal education in archaeology, please list your experience/exposure to archaeology.
Students will interact one-on-one and in group situations with fellow students, ARI staff, visitors and program participants ranging from children to senior citizens. Describe your experience and abilities in working with a variety of people.
Explain why you want to participate in the ARI Public Archaeology Field School and how this experience will benefit your future educational or career goals. If you would like to be considered for an ARI Field School Scholarship please include a statement of need describing your circumstances and all other funding applied for and/or received.

Awardees of the Guard Site Scholarship must agree to submit a final report on their experience at the field school and what the experience meant to them no later than 60 days after completion of the program. Final reports will be posted on the ARI website scholarship web page and may be featured in other ARI publications.
